Huangshi Xinda Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of special steel, gathering the research and development of special steel, melting, forging, heat treatment, finishing treatment and detection of special steel. We mainly deal with the production, processing and marketing of mould steel and special steel. Our office is located in the prosperous center of Huangshi City. Our company owns graceful working environment and a whole set of automatic office equipment.

Company Scale:
Our company has two joint ventures: Daye Wei Feng Mining Technology Co., Ltd. & Huangshi Sanli Forging Co., Ltd.

Equipment:
1) Melting machines: MF furnaces, refining furnaces, vacuum degassing furnaces and electro slag furnaces.
2) Steel processing devices: hydraulic forging hammers and hydraulic forging machines.
3) Complementary production machines: continuous heating furnaces, bottom heating furnaces, chamber furnaces, annealing furnaces and finishing facilities.
4) Mechanical processing machines: electric grinding wheel peeling machines, electric band saws, milling machines and lathes.
We also have some other detecting machines for advanced chemical analysis and physical property analysis.

Our total assets are more than 120 million Yuan. Our company can produce hundreds of kinds of products, including cold work die steel, hot work die steel, plastic mould steel and alloy steel. Our annual production capacity is about 50,000 tons of mould steel, 20,000 tons of forging materials, 20,000 tons of rolling materials and 10,000 tons of formed forgings.

Rolled round bars: 60-80mm (diameter)
Rolled flats: 10-80mm (thickness), X50-1,200mm (width)
Square bars: according to the requirements of customers.

Staff:
We have 550 staff members. Among them more than 100 members possess college certificate or above. Their majors are melting, rolling processing, metallurgical analysis, heat treatment, mechanical appliances, finance and business management. About 60% of them are senior engineers. The recruited staff members are from Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. which is "Chinese Special Steel Base". They work as leaders, operators and inspectors in different positions, including the fields of special steel melting, forging, heat treatment and finishing. Our company forms a scientific structure of human resources. We will emphasize on cooperating with universities in Wuhan on production & research, and enhance development capability and competitiveness.
